Lee Brown Assists The Southern Land Brokers with Alabama Property Management

Lee Brown, a client and friend of The Southern Land Brokers, has owned property in Alabama for several years. As a wildlife manager, he works very closely with us. Brown is a real stuart of the land, and he excels at putting back more than what he takes from it.

Lee Brown has developed several excellent summertime food plots. These plots include soybeans, ladino clover and chicory.

Brown has also created an excellent year round feeding program of high protein pellets designed especially for deer.

In addition to his food plots, Brown has also implemented an excellent pond management program that has taken his 15 acre lake, that had once been neglected, into a thriving fishing spot. He has also built extensive road systems on his property so that he can easily access all portions of his land. Finally, Brown has worked to establish an excellent Alabama timberland management plan that he will benefit from in the upcoming years.
